Welcome to PAB Gateway, operated by PABTEK LLC (“PABTEK”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and payment processing services — including the PAB Gateway, Quick2Pay, PayAnyBiz Platform, and other associated tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including your name, email address, phone number, and business details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services without our written consent.
4. Payment Processing
Our Services facilitate payment processing through authorized third-party processors. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and ACH networks. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
5. Fees
Fees for the Services are outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number during registration or at any point while using our Services, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS/text messages from PayAnyBiz. These messages may include:
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. PayAnyBiz is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Supported carriers: Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by PayAnyBiz LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayAnyBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
